ÆRA strengthens its partner team for sustainable innovation

News

In a time marked by geopolitical uncertainty, rapid technological development, and increasing pressure on resources, ÆRA is experiencing growing demand for projects that combine innovation with sustainable strategies for long-term value creation. To meet the rising complexity of client assignments, ÆRA is strengthening its partner team with three new members.

There’s a lot of focus on cost-cutting and efficiency as responses to the challenges we face today. Over the past year, however, we’ve seen a growing number of organizations investing in sustainable strategies and future growth platforms that create value for both business and society.

The new partners are Idunn Hals Bjelland-de Garcia, Eline Løseth Giskeødegård, and Therese Norseth Zarrabi.

Idunn brings extensive experience from the international industry and executive leadership, and has been instrumental in developing ÆRA’s focus on financial sustainability and innovation.

Eline has led the company’s work on strategic capability building, with a particular focus on how large organizations can succeed with transformation.

Therese, who has been with ÆRA for nine years and serves as Managing Director, is a key figure in the company, known for managing complex processes, creating clear narratives, and developing arenas that foster collaboration and innovation.

ÆRA is one of the few remaining independent innovation studios, combining strategic advisory, process facilitation, and design. The company’s methodology is designed to deliver both immediate impact and long-term value by building competence and ownership among clients and key stakeholders.

We combine process leadership with strong subject-matter expertise to ensure that clients benefit from an efficient process, while also achieving the depth required to manage the complexity they face.

ÆRA emphasizes that the world is entering a period of significant transformation where new business models, conscious use of technology, and sustainable value chains will be critical for competitiveness. The company works with several of the largest organizations in the Nordics, operates internationally, and has initiated more than a dozen so-called Floker - system innovation projects that bring together actors across sectors to co-create new solutions.

The winners of the future will be the companies that define a meaningful role in solving the biggest challenges of our time. This is the core of ÆRA’s work. We see times of crisis as times of opportunity, because if we don’t see ways forward - what are we doing?

We have never been stronger than we are today, with the team we now have at ÆRA. For us, it’s about ensuring long-term development for both our clients and the company. That’s why we are thrilled that three key contributors, who have played a vital role in our growth and recognition in recent years, are now joining the partner team.
