Based on a joint initiative from a value chain or cluster of businesses, we create a strategic innovation process with a systems perspective aiming to radically change or create an entirely new value chain. One that serves the actors with brand new business opportunities, unlocked by strategic partnerships.
Destination and Local Development
Based on a geographically delimited area, we create a systematical process for early-stage strategies and local development that provides inhabitants improved opportunities to live, work and play.
