We love meeting people who want to join our mission to build growth within planetary boundaries.

Who We Are

As a strategic innovation consultancy, we search for answers and solutions together with an array of clients. Because we have a clear opinion on what kind of future we want, and need, we use sustainability as our foundation.

Everything we do aims to consolidate the interests of business with those of both the planet and people.

We're a team of 21 people, representing the schools of business, design and nature as a collaborative and interdisciplinary trio.

We lend each other new perspectives, methods, tools and thoughts every day, and we do our best to celebrate and utilize this individuality.

Our office is located in the centre of Oslo, but our work stretches across Norway and international borders.

So, our way of working is flexible. We're in and out of meetings, we're back and forth to different cities, and we're at the office or at home when we need to.

Work isn't supposed to mean everything, but it should mean something. Something distinctive.

What We Look For

We're optimists. That's something we pride ourselves in and value in others too. We work with serious matters, but with a smile on our faces. We believe in the future. And ourselves.

We also do our best to be progressive. We like to push the imaginable, and definitely challenge established truths. We like to push each other to try new things too.

We want to deliver as solid as possible. To us, this means having reliable, trustworthy and mutually respected relations within our team as much as with our clients. And thorough work.

We also like the word commercial. We need to create what feels relevant. An understanding of this is, for us, key.

And, finally, we are passionate about the wellbeing of both people and the planet.

We look for people who share similar characteristics and values. Nonetheless: people who bring something new to our ever growing table.

How We Hire

When looking for a new colleague, we form a small recruitment team to ensure a justified process.

We evalute all candidates who have handed in their application based on a set list of criteria, and invite those who pass our intial pre-selection for interviews.

We typically perform 2-3 rounds of interviews. First and foremost, we'll get to know each other. At some point you will also be handed an assignment meant to demonstrate your skills, and your way of thinking.

We'll also contact some references you have provided us.

You'll meet several of us throughout the process. This to allow you to evaluate and ask us questions as well. Who knows, we might not be for you. And that's okay.

Ultimately, we're here for the same reason: we want to explore job opportunities.
